귀국투표란? What is Domestic Return Voting?

재외 투교기간 개시일 전 귀국 재외선거인등은 선거관리위원회에 신고 후 국내투표소에서 투표가 가능합니다.

※ 재외선거인등은 사전투표소에서 투표할 수 없습니다.

It is possible for overseas voter who return to Korea before the overseas voting period to cast their ballot domestically after reporting to the NEC.

※ Overseas voters cannot vote during early voting

Registering for Domestic Return Voting

신고대상 : 재외투표기간 개시일(4.25.) 전에 귀국한 재외선거인 등

신고기한 : 재외투표기간 개시일(4.25.) ~ 선거일 투표마감시각

제출서류 : 귀국사실증명서류를 첨부한 귀국투표신고서 제출

※ 우편, 전자우편, 홈페이지로 등록신청한 재외선거인은 신고시 재외투표관리관이 공고한 '국적확인서류 원본' 제시

제출처 : 관할 구/시/군 선거관리위원회

- 국외부재자 : 주소지를 관할하는 구/시/군 선거관리위원회

- 재외선거인 : 최종 주소지(최종 주소가 없는 사람은 등록기준지)를 관할하는 구/시/군 선거관리위원회

Eligible Voters : Overseas voters who return to Korea before the overseas voting period

Registration Period : From the start of the overseas voting period [April 25] until voting starts on election day

Documents to submit : Must submit a domestic return voting registration from with proof of reentry to Korea attached

※ Overseas voters who applied by mail, email or on the homepage should submit an original document proving nationality declared valid by the overseas voting manager

Organization to submit document to : Relevant Gu/Si/Gun Election Commission 

- Overseas Absentees : The relevant Gu/Si/Gun according to the voter's address in Korea

- Overseas Voters : The relevant Gu/Si/Gun according to the voter's last address in Korea

(Those who do not have a last address in Korea should use their place of family registration.)

국외부재자 :주소지를 관할하는 투표구에 설치된 투표소

재외선거인 : 관할 구/시/군 선거관리위원회가 지정하는 투표소

※ 투표시 국적확인서류 원본은 제시하지 않음

Overseas Absentees : The relevant polling station in their polling district according to the voter's address in Korea

Overseas voters : A polling station specified by the relevant Election Commission
